tripleS has made a remarkable achievement at the 1st 'D Awards', clinching three major awards including 'Delight Blue Label', 'Best Girl Group', and 'Discovery'. The ceremony, hosted by actors Go Min-si and Lee Jong-won, was held at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul, celebrating the vibrant K-pop scene.
Expressing their gratitude, tripleS thanked their agency, staff, and especially their fans, known as WAV, for their unwavering support. The group has been recognized for their significant impact on the K-pop industry, introducing innovative concepts and engaging directly with their fandom to create various units.
The 'D Awards' introduced the 'Discovery' award to honor artists who have shown outstanding performance from last year to early this year, contributing to the growth of K-pop. tripleS, with their 24-member lineup, has led the charge as 5th generation K-pop idols, setting trends with their hit 'Girls Never Die' and offering new alternatives within the K-pop system.
