TWICE's Jihyo Shows Heart of Gold with Generous Donation for Wildfire Relief

TWICE's Jihyo has once again demonstrated her compassionate spirit by donating 50 million KRW (approximately $38,000 USD) to aid the victims of the recent wildfires in the Yeongnam region. The contribution was made through the Community Chest of Korea, aiming to support the recovery efforts and provide relief to those who have lost their homes.

Expressing her heartfelt wishes, Jihyo shared, "I hope those affected by the wildfires can recover as quickly as possible, and I'm deeply grateful to everyone working tirelessly on the front lines for firefighting and relief efforts." This act of kindness is not new for Jihyo; in February 2023, she and her TWICE bandmates collectively donated 200 million KRW to assist children and families impacted by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

In other news, TWICE is set to make waves internationally as special guests at Coldplay's 'Music Of The Spheres World Tour' in Goyang this April. Additionally, they're gearing up for the release of their Japanese best album '#TWICE5' on May 14 and will headline the Lollapalooza Chicago music festival on August 2, marking another milestone in their global presence.
