Stray Kids Celebrates 7th Debut Anniversary with STAY and Announces Massive World Tour
Stray Kids, the global K-pop sensation, has celebrated their 7th debut anniversary with their fans, STAY, by releasing a special digital single and announcing an expansive world tour. Since their debut on March 25, 2018, with the album 'I am NOT' and title track 'District 9', Stray Kids has captivated fans worldwide with their unique music, powerful performances, and innovative concepts, largely thanks to the producing team 3RACHA, consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han.
To commemorate this milestone, Stray Kids released 'Mixtape : dominATE', featuring the title track 'GIANT (Korean Ver.)' and several unit songs, which quickly climbed the charts on iTunes and Apple Music. The music videos for these unit songs also dominated the worldwide trending charts. The group shared celebratory images on their official SNS and held an online live event to connect with fans.
Stray Kids' journey over the past seven years has been marked by remarkable achievements, including six consecutive albums topping the Billboard 200 chart, making them the first artist to achieve this feat. Their global influence is further evidenced by awards at prestigious ceremonies like the MTV Video Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards, and by headlining major festivals.
As they step into their 8th year, Stray Kids is set to embark on their largest world tour yet, 'dominATE', starting in Santiago. The tour will cover 34 regions with 55 performances, including stops in Latin America, North America, Japan, and Europe, showcasing their unit stages for the first time to global audiences.
