SEVENTEEN, TXT, and NewJeans Donate Iconic Outfits to MusiCares Charity Auction
HYBE's music groups SEVENTEEN, TXT, and NewJeans have generously donated outfits and accessories from their album promotions to the MusiCares charity auction. MusiCares, a charitable organization under the Recording Academy that hosts the prestigious Grammy Awards, supports various programs aimed at the health and welfare of the music community. This marks the first time these groups have participated in the MusiCares auction, following in the footsteps of BTS, who have contributed since 2020.
SEVENTEEN contributed outfits and accessories from their best album '17 IS RIGHT HERE' unit music video. TXT offered outfits from their 6th mini-album 'minisode 3: TOMORROW' concept photos. NewJeans donated stage outfits from the '2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards' held in Los Angeles last March. These contributions highlight the groups' commitment to supporting meaningful causes within the music industry.
Joining these K-pop stars in the auction are global music icons such as Ringo Starr, Coldplay, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Billy Joel, and SZA. The 67th Grammy Awards, along with the charity auction, are set to take place on February 2 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
