Red Velvet's Seulgi Donates 100 Million Won to Wildfire Relief Efforts

Red Velvet's Seulgi has generously donated 100 million won to aid the recovery efforts for wildfire victims in South Korea. The Korean Red Cross announced on the 27th that Seulgi, a prominent figure in the cultural and arts scene, made the donation to support those affected by the recent wildfires.

Expressing her deep sympathy for the victims, Seulgi shared, "I was heartbroken to hear about the many people whose lives and livelihoods were disrupted by the unexpected wildfires. Although it's a small gesture, I decided to donate hoping it would bring some relief."

The wildfires, which began on the 21st in Sancheong, South Gyeongsang Province, quickly spread to other regions including North Gyeongsang and Ulsan due to strong winds and dry conditions.

On a related note, Seulgi recently released her second mini-album 'Accidentally On Purpose' on the 10th and is currently promoting it.
