Rapper San E Faces Legal Trouble After Alleged Assault in Park

Rapper San E has been referred to prosecutors without detention on charges of assaulting a pedestrian in a park. The victim reportedly suffered injuries to the eye area and damage to some teeth.

San E's father, who was also present at the scene, faced charges for participating in the assault but was not prosecuted after the victim expressed a desire not to pursue punishment. However, the charges against San E fall under a category that does not allow for such leniency, leading to his referral to prosecutors regardless of the victim's wishes.
