NewJeans Faces Fan Division Over Legal Battle with ADOR

The dispute stems from a court ruling on the 21st that granted ADOR's request to prevent NewJeans from performing under the name NJZ, leading the group to announce a temporary halt in activities. NewJeans has since filed an appeal against the court's decision, with a faction of the fanbase, known as 'Team Bunnies,' expressing full support for the members' decision to stand against HYBE and ADOR.

However, concerns have been raised about the implications of NewJeans' legal challenge, especially since the court found it difficult to conclude that the trust between ADOR and the group had irreparably broken down. With legal battles potentially prolonging the group's hiatus for up to three years, the fanbase is increasingly divided over whether NewJeans should return to ADOR or continue their fight.
