NMIXX Takes the Global Stage with Electrifying Fan Concerts in Japan and Beyond
NMIXX is making waves globally in 2025, starting with their electrifying performances in Japan. The group held their second fan concert, 'NMIXX CHANGE UP : MIXX LAB', at the LaLa Arena Tokyo Bay on January 11th and 12th. This marked NMIXX's first solo concert in Japan, which was a massive success with all tickets sold out, demonstrating the group's popularity among local fans. Over the two days, members Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, BAE, Jiwoo, and Kyujin performed for a total of 21,300 fans, delivering high-quality performances that left the audience in awe.
The concert kicked off with the vibrant 'Run For Roses', followed by performances of their hit songs 'Sonar (Breaker)', 'Young, Dumb, Stupid', 'DASH', and 'See that?', creating an unforgettable atmosphere. A special highlight was their cover of Japanese singer-songwriter Ai's 'Marigold', which drew cheers from the crowd. The event was further enriched with various game segments, adding an extra layer of fun and engagement.
Expressing their gratitude, the members shared, 'We're thrilled to start the year with NSWER (their fandom). It feels like a New Year's wish has already come true, and we're happy. Thanks to everyone's support, we feel like we can achieve anything. Thank you.'
NMIXX is set to continue their global journey with their second fan concert tour in Latin America this February. They will perform in Mexico City on February 19th and 20th, Santiago on the 22nd and 23rd, and São Paulo on the 28th, showcasing the undeniable presence of this 'hexagonal girl group'.
In addition to their concert tours, NMIXX has been making strides in the international music scene. They were the first K-pop artist to attend the Billboard Latin Music Week as panelists in October last year. Recently, they gained further recognition by being the first K-pop girl group featured on NPR Music's main YouTube channel through their 'Tiny Desk Korea' video, highlighting their growing influence worldwide.
