MISAMO Makes History: First Female Artist to Conquer Tokyo Dome in Record Time

TWICE's first subunit, MISAMO, consisting of Mina, Sana, and Momo, has achieved a monumental milestone by becoming the fastest female artist group to perform at Tokyo Dome. Their debut dome tour, 'MISAMO JAPAN DOME TOUR 2024 "HAUTE COUTURE"', included a spectacular concert at Tokyo Dome on the 15th and 16th, following successful shows at Saitama's Belluna Dome and Osaka's Kyocera Dome last November.

Since their local debut with the mini-album 'Masterpiece' in July 2023, MISAMO has rapidly ascended to perform at Tokyo Dome in just about a year and a half, drawing a total of 250,000 fans across their tour dates. This achievement not only highlights their immense popularity but also sets a new record for female artists in Japan.

The concert featured a dazzling array of performances, including their debut Japanese single 'Do not touch', tracks from their second mini-album 'HAUTE COUTURE', and a cover of Amuro Namie's 'NEW LOOK'. The debut of 'Catch My Eye' at Tokyo Dome particularly thrilled fans, alongside the heartfelt 'RUNWAY' performance that brought the members closer to their audience. MISAMO expressed their gratitude, reflecting on the surreal experience of standing on the Tokyo Dome stage, a dream they hadn't imagined possible as a subunit. They thanked their fans, ONCE, for making this unforgettable experience a reality, marking a significant milestone in their journey.
