Dreamcatcher Members Handong, Dami, and Gahyun to Part Ways with Agency
Dreamcatcher members Handong, Dami, and Gahyun have decided not to renew their exclusive contracts with Dreamcatcher Company, as announced on the 10th. Their contracts are set to expire on March 31, 2025. After extensive discussions, both the company and the members have mutually agreed to part ways while continuing their activities as Dreamcatcher, based on their deep affection and trust for the group.
Dreamcatcher Company expressed gratitude towards Handong, Dami, and Gahyun for their dedication over the past eight years and pledged their support for the members' future endeavors. They also thanked the fans for their unwavering love and support.
Following the departure of these three members, JiU, SuA, and Yoohyeon will form a subunit, while Siyeon will continue with band activities. The company encouraged fans to show their love and support for the new unit, band activities, and the new paths that Handong, Dami, and Gahyun will embark on.
Dreamcatcher, a seven-member girl group that debuted in 2017, recently kicked off their first world tour in Macau on the 2nd.
