BTS's J-Hope and Suga Donate 100 Million Won to Wildfire Relief Efforts
BTS members J-Hope and Suga have made generous donations totaling 100 million won each to aid the victims of recent wildfires in South Korea. Their contributions are aimed at supporting the affected areas of Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam, where the wildfires have caused significant damage.
Expressing their hopes for a swift resolution to the ongoing wildfires, J-Hope and Suga shared, "We wish for the quick containment of the wildfires and for all those affected, including the brave individuals fighting the fires, to return to their peaceful lives soon. We hope our donation brings some comfort and hope during these challenging times."
J-Hope donated his portion through the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, while Suga chose the Korean Red Cross as the recipient of his donation. This act of kindness is part of BTS's longstanding tradition of giving back, which they have maintained since 2017. Their fanbase, ARMY, also actively participates in charitable activities, creating a beautiful cycle of generosity and support for underprivileged children and youth.
