BOYNEXTDOOR's 'Just Today I LOVE YOU' Climbs Spotify Charts in Japan and Beyond

BOYNEXTDOOR's digital single 'Just Today I LOVE YOU', released on the 6th, has soared to the top of Spotify's Viral Songs chart in Japan as of the 20th. This chart highlights songs that have seen a rapid increase in streaming numbers and plays, reflecting the buzz and popularity of new tracks. The song also secured the second-highest position among K-pop artists on Spotify's Viral Songs charts in Korea and Taiwan on the same day.

Furthermore, 'Just Today I LOVE YOU' made its mark on the Oricon Weekly Streaming Ranking for the second week of January (January 13th to 19th), climbing to the 10th spot after debuting at 17th the previous week. It also charted at 25th on Billboard Japan's Hot 100 for the same period, marking its second consecutive week on the chart. The track's streaming performance improved by seven spots, reaching 14th, and setting a new record for the highest achievement by a fifth-generation K-pop boy group.

Domestically, the song continues to perform well, holding the 12th position on Melon's daily chart and jumping from 32nd to 18th on the weekly chart. It has also topped Apple Music's 'Today's Top 100' in Korea for 12 consecutive days as of the 11th.

BOYNEXTDOOR is set to ignite their popularity further with their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1'', starting in Japan on the 30th. The tour will cover six cities, including Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Miyagi, Fukuoka, and Kanagawa, with a total of 12 performances. Additionally, fans can look forward to a pop-up store in Tokyo and Osaka, featuring official merchandise and the group's character 'Ppuneokdo', from January 25th to February 5th and February 1st to 9th, respectively.
