BOYNEXTDOOR's latest digital single, 'I LOVE YOU Today,' released on the 6th, has soared to the top of Spotify Japan's Viral Chart on the 20th. This chart showcases songs that have seen a rapid increase in streaming numbers and plays, reflecting the local popularity of new tracks. The song also secured the second-highest position among K-pop artists on the Spotify Viral Charts in both Korea and Taiwan on the same day.
Additionally, 'I LOVE YOU Today' climbed to the 10th spot on Oricon's Weekly Streaming Ranking for the second week of January (tracking period: January 13-19), marking a significant leap from its 17th position debut the previous week. The track also maintained its presence on Billboard Japan's Hot 100 at the 25th spot and achieved a historic milestone for fifth-generation K-pop boy groups by rising seven spots to 14th on the Streaming Songs chart.
Domestically, the song continues to perform well, ranking 12th on Melon's Daily Chart and jumping from 32nd to 18th on the Weekly Chart. It has also dominated Apple Music Korea's Top 100 chart for 12 consecutive days since January 11.
BOYNEXTDOOR is set to ignite their rising popularity with their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1,' starting in Japan on the 30th. The tour will span six cities, including Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Miyagi, Fukuoka, and Kanagawa, with a total of 12 performances. Fans will also have the opportunity to visit pop-up stores in Tokyo and Osaka, featuring official merchandise and the group's character, 'Ppuneokdo.'
